Returns Policy
Woodbridge Porter is happy to refund or exchange a full priced item within 14 days (excluding packaging charge), in accordance with the distance selling regulations. If you are looking for an exchange, we will send it to you once the original item is received within the time frame.
Items must be returned with all original tags still attached and in original packaging. Items must not be soiled, damaged or smell of smoke or any other odour.
You should take care when trying on items to ensure that clothing is not stained with fake tan, deodorant etc. Returns received by us after the 14 day returns period will be held until the customer arranges to collect them. We cannot accept the customer being away at the time of delivery as a valid reason for a late return.
All sale, discounted or promotional items must be returned within 14 days from receipt where we offer website credit, exchange, refund.

A full refund or exchange or store credit will only be guaranteed if the item is returned within the time frames stated above. Any items received after this date will be sent back to the original delivery address.
Please indicate on your delivery note the reason for returning the item. You must return your delivery note with your item so we can trace your order and issue your refund.
Items which have been marked with make-up, fake tan, other marks / stains, odours of smoke / perfume or items which have had tags removed will NOT be refunded. Such items will be re-sent to the original delivery address at the expense of the customer.
The returns must be sent back to us with all packaging intact in an “as new” condition that you would expect to receive an item in. The item MUST BE FOLDED – items returned “inside out”, rolled or in an unfolded state CANNOT BE REFUNDED. Such items will be returned to you at your expense.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility unless the item is faulty therefore we will refund postage costs up to a maximum of the postage price you originally paid on your order.
Item (s) should be returned via an insured, traceable service. Please make a note of any tracking numbers in case they are required. We are not responsible for any damage caused to goods in transit, so please ensure that they are securely packaged.
