Will I be charged customs and imports duties?
Your Woodbridge Porter parcel may or may not be charged customs or import duties depending on the value of your order. If your parcel is charged duties, it is up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs.
Unfortunately, these charges are beyond our control, and can vary depending on each country. Accordingly, we do suggest contacting your local customs office as they can better advise on any charges that may be incurred.
Can my order be delivered to an address other than my billing address?
Yes. When you register an account with us, there is an option to add additional delivery addresses at the time of checkout.
What time will my parcel arrive?
Deliveries are made using An Post and are despatched on weekdays (excluding bank holidays). Accordingly, deliveries will arrive between 9:00 am and 5:30 pm GMT Monday to Friday.
Express Irish orders placed after 5 pm Friday will be processed on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).

What if I am not there at the delivery address when my parcel arrives?
If you are not in to sign for a delivery, collection of your parcel is quick and easy. An Post will leave a card saying that they have attempted to deliver the parcel, giving a time after which you can collect it from your local post office or depot.
What do I do if my parcel has not arrived?
If your parcel does not arrive by the last day of the specified delivery time please email our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number and a member of our team will endeavour to get back to you within 24 working hrs.
How do I make a return?
Woodbridge Porter is happy to refund or exchange a full priced item within 14 days (excluding packaging charge), in accordance with the distance selling regulations. If you are looking for an exchange, we will send it to you once the original item is received within the time frame.
Items must be returned with all original tags still attached and in original packaging. Items must not be soiled, damaged or smell of smoke or any other odour.
You should take care when trying on items to ensure that clothing is not stained with fake tan, deodorant etc. Returns received by us after the 14 day returns period will be held until the customer arranges to collect them. We cannot accept the customer being away at the time of delivery as a valid reason for a late return.
All sale, discounted or promotional items must be returned within 14 days from receipt where we offer website credit, exchange, refund.

A full refund or exchange or store credit will only be guaranteed if the item is returned within the time frames stated above. Any items received after this date will be sent back to the original delivery address.
Please indicate on your delivery note the reason for returning the item. You must return your delivery note with your item so we can trace your order and issue your refund.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility unless the item is faulty. For any order with faulty items we will refund postage costs up to a maximum of the postage price you originally paid on your order.
Item (s) should be returned via an insured, traceable service. Please make a note of any tracking numbers in case they are required. We are not responsible for any damage caused to goods in transit, so please ensure that they are securely packaged.

All orders are protected by a 14 Day Moneyback Guarantee in accordance with the distance selling regulations, this guarantees a full refund if the item is returned unused with tags still intact and in their original packaging or repackaged securely in replacement packing if unavailable. Please note that all refunds will be issued within 5-7 working days from the time your return has been received.
Items returned after the 14 day period will not be accepted and resent back to the original delivery address.
Any item that is soiled and/or damaged will not be refunded and will be resent back to the original delivery address.
For hygiene reasons, the following items will not be accepted back: Earrings and Beauty Products.
Faulty item returns process:If a faulty item is received, please contact our Customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately for further instructions. Failure to contact us prior to returning a faulty item may result in issuing a standard refund as per our general returns policy.
For returns from other all other countries please complete the returns form enclosed with you parcel and send it with your parcel to the address outlined on the form. Goods should be returned via a traceable service to reach us on or before the return date (it is advisable to make a note of any tracking numbers or proof of postage in case they are required).
